Yildiien - Level 70 Magician, Ninja-looter.

Take this for what it's worth as I doubt anyone plays enough anymore to give a shit, but...

A little bit before midnight EST, my guild is setting up to do a MPG raid. I'm there pretty early oddly enough, and decide to go check out some of the easily accessible named around the zone that I can solo, while I'm waiting on the raid to be formed.

I make my rounds, checking out the various spots, and pass by Odiumate Isienne (trash named) spawn. She was up, so I figure I'll solo her in case she drops a rune or augment that a friend or guildmate of mine could use. Typically, I'll scout the area around there with an Eye of Zomm to make sure it isn't camped, although a good sign that it isn't is when the roamer that paths back and forth in her hallway is still up. Roamer is up. I check anyway with my Eye of Zomm. No one in sight, all mobs in the immediate area are spawned. Basically no one has been in this area for at least 15-20 minutes or whatever the respawn is in the zone.

I begin to buff up, being weird about my buff order this usually takes me longer than any average person (to give you an idea of how long I was there). I summon a pet to pull with, buff that up. All in all takes a little more than 5 minutes for me to even set up, not including the time it took me to check around to make sure it wasn't camped.

So I wait a bit for the roaming mob to path away some, then send my pet in to pull. Odiumate comes solo and I snare her on incoming, then root her so she's out of agro range of the roaming mob that paths by, but not close to me and so I have enough space to kite her when root breaks (the area is really tiny to avoid agro at either end of this hallway). She summons a pet, I kite it around, then lifetap tank it while trying to make sure she stays rooted and doesn't dispell the snare I put on her. Pet despawns soon after like normal, think that's about 30 seconds or so. I took a bit of a beating but nothing I can't handle. Anyway, I continue to root/rot her. Have her down to about 80% or so and this group comes running up behind me just standing there (as if they zoned in from WoS area - in that direction - which is quite a distance but the direction they came from is what I'm getting at).

Yildiien sends me a tell which I miss because of fight spam. I just continue killing her because I've already engaged anyway and don't really have the space or time to be talking. They move up to where she spawns. The roaming mob agros them and they start killing that. I think Odiumate AE tashed because the shaman's pet (from their group) agro'ed it and started attacking Odi. I kill Odiumate, they kill the roaming mob. I lean on the corpse, there was a 69 rune and a 55hp augment on it. I need neither. I was considering offering those to their group til Yildiien starts talking shit about how they had it camped. So I send a tell to a friend to come loot the augment and rune. I tell her to hurry because I have people near me and at least one of them is talking shit, saying I "stole their named".

So I'm kneeling on the corpse and some other mob agros them. I'm not sure if they pulled it or whatever but it starts hitting me, in other words it was pulled towards me because nothing else agros from this area after Odiumate and the roaming NPC are dead. They kill it. I'm not accusing them of anything as far as that goes because I can't tell for sure if it was deliberate. My friend was still on her way to loot the corpse, but the corpse released. I guess Yildiien was spam clicking on the corpse til the game forced me to release it. I tried to re-lock the corpse. I get the message that someone else is looting, and see Yildiien kneeling over it, so I tell him to release the corpse. I wasn't rude at first, just simply told him to let up off it. He didn't. So I tell him if he doesn't let off of it, that I'll get him off of it one way or another. It sounds assholish but seriously, wtf?

After a bit the corpse releases again. I kneel on it and check the corpse, everything is still there. Friend hadn't arrived yet but was nearby. I kneel on it as long as I can. Someone asks in /ooc for a camp check , and one of them says something to the effect of "Odi/6-way even though Ckador is stealing our named" (paraphrased but you get the idea). The corpse releases again, and this asswipe starts kneeling on it a second time. By then my friend has arrived , and I pretty much asked her to move him off the corpse with the assistance of about 10 mobs. Assholish again, perhaps, but it's not like he isn't just asking for it at this point.

She doesn't. Good for her. She loots but I hadn't really seen her do it because now I'm in a conversation about how they had it camped and that they had to evac. I'm sorry if I don't subscribe to the Shitty Group That Needs To Evac From A Camp That Has Its Own Safe Spot And Then Takes Over Twenty Minutes To Get Back Newsletter. I pretty much tell them "Hi, try being at the camp you have "camped" next time." I ask my friend if she had looted everything on the corpse, she tells me yes. Yay. Now they're like, trying to tell my guild leader on me or some Romper Room bullshit. So as they're doing that, Odiumate pops again, only this time right on top of everyone as we forgot to move from her spot. My friend (a bard) tries to mez Odi I assume and gets killed. The pet she summons attacks me. Their group evacs. I solo her (again).

Kneel on corpse. Another 55hp augment. I ask in guild chat if anyone needs the augment. Slow to respond, I guess they were forming up raid still and waiting on other arrivals. I drag and rez my friend in a safe spot in the hallway. After a few minutes of asking in guild chat, I get a response from a guildmate saying they can use it. I tell him to hurry up because of the dipshit (Yildiien) and the potential for his return. Lo and behold he does, just standing there, lurking. Guildmate arrives to loot the augment, I release corpse. Yildiien again, spam looting the corpse waiting for me to release. That's when he ninja-loots the augment. Sorta just stands there a minute or two then gates. I pretty much send him a tell saying I hope he enjoys exp'ing in instanced zones. Yep, assholish, but I don't really go out of my way to be unless I feel provoked (shit like this for example).

It's not really a huge deal, I mean it's just trash loot off a mob that probably spawns like 20 times a day because people aren't creative enough to go elsehwere. But, like anything else on these boards, it's the principle, or whatever. Anyway, just wanted to make you aware of this guy, keep an eye out for him and his entitlement whore, I was camping this from the zone in, I'll ninja if I don't get my way bullshit.

I'm pretty sure that is the same clown that was ranting in /ooc when we were moving a raid to trials. He thought we were there to camp trash and was bitching about his camp etc. Not surprising he acted like that with you.
