RackNine's instability a couple months ago caused some slight corruption of the database, and I haven't had time to fix it. Since all's functional I don't consider it high priority right now.

The quality of the item in question dosen't matter. If anything, it matters more. If a guy is going to steal something like that, what stops him from being invited to a pickup raid and yoinking some nodrop item?

The point is he's scum and needs to be treated as such.
