Disney did good. They nailed it. The acting, The effects, and the story? Solid. Even the gags, and cameos where good. Yes, there is a tag after the credits. Not important, but better than watching people eat. You can see it in 3d, or not. I don't think it mattered that much.

Are there plot holes? Um, sorta. But a comic from the 80s named David Sleaze, nicknamed the punk magician, said it best. "Fuck you, it's Magic". Or at least fantasy science.

In one scene you can almost hear Thor's hammer say... "Wait, what? Oh, you asshole". Not sure if it was meant to be funny, but I giggled.

I had a great time watching it. I just wish they'd give more to do for Jane. That character was pretty much a yawn-fest. I wanted to see more of Sif, too.

Oh it was good? That's surprising. The trailer made it look meh. Might have to go drop some bank & see it in the theater.

As a comic fan I was less than impressed. They stripped Malekith of all of his powers and turned Kurse into a general power up which was sort of ridiculous. The fights and CG were good as well as the dialogue, but I wish they would quit messing with things that don't NEED to be messed with.
