I started watching this because it's a Rockne O' Bannon thing (loved Farscape). It's not bad, the first few episodes are kind of snoozers and the initial set-up is pretty bad, but there are a lot great actors (you'll see some Dexter folks like Julie Benz & Jaime Murray), the mix of alien races together is intriguing (the Castithans are the most interesting so far).

I say this a lot, but we don't have a ton of sci-fi options, so this is acceptable. Not Star Trek, Firefly, Stargate, Babylon 5, Battlestar Gallactica awesome, but it's a filler that I found more decent than shows like Revolution.

I've been meaning to go back & give this another shot. I watched the first episode & thought it was shitty so I didn't watch any more, but heard that it did get better.

I was the same way, didn't even get through the first episode, but then recently I read something decent about it, so I gave it another shot. The first 2-3 just aren't great, but they do give you background stuff that you'll want to know.

Like I said it's not fabulous, but it's entertaining.

I heard that around episode 6 or 7, it starts to really pick up. We have it on DVR. Just need to watch it.
