Sidenote; Banks did sign with the Falcons back in April. So she didn't really ruin his life. She certainly fucked it up, though. Instead of going to USC (had signed a letter of intent, I believe) he went to prison. Given ATL's Linebackers, he has a pretty good shot at it, I'd say. He was a really standout player in High School and everything I've seen or read about him suggests he's a fantastic all around guy. He is involved in a lot of local stuff, too. This bitch tried to ruin his life but he rose above it. While I want to see her fry, I don't think it's fair to him to say she 'ruined' his life. He didn't let her ruin his life. He fought like hell for his dream and now it's actually within reach. Guys like that can't be stopped by some stupid money-grubbing bitch. I'm really hoping this kid makes it. He deserves it.

I'm sure that signing with the Falcons was totally worth the 5 years of giant dick he had parked in his ass while in prison. You know rapists aren't popular in the pen. And that's just the start. The humiliation his family suffered. And beyond even the physical horrors, the damn mental mind fuck it must be living through that. Imo this is worse than torturing a human for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, for 5 fucking years. There is no punishment too harsh.

Not worth it, nothing ever will be worth it. Spending time in prison knowing you're innocent has to be the worst fucking situation ever. Mentally, I can't even begin to imagine how strenuous that would be. Like I said though, that just shows the character this guy had to come out and keep working toward his dream. There's really no keeping guys like that down. She does deserve a slow painful, torturous return.

But I sincerely doubt his time in prison was nearly as bad as you suggest, Minute. Keep in mind, much as they hate rapists, they also love their athletes. Especially if there's reasonable doubt about him being guilty. I also suspect him being 6'2" 250lbs and in phenomenal shape didn't hurt in deterring his would-be lovers. I doubt he suffered anything too crucial. I doubt he was in a max security prison, too. With a 5 year sentence, it seems unlikely they'd throw him to the wolves in a high profile prison. Even if they did, I feel like he wouldn't have trouble finding any protection.
