Talisman Prologue for iPad
I have been struggling to get the PC version of this up and running, so it is great to finally be able to try it on iPad. This version is the same single player experience found on PC just optimized for touch controls. The game elements are taken very literally in some ways but I believe this is done to evoke nostalgia. I understand the clamouring for multiplayer, but the developers have managed to make a focused single player experience. The built in quests not only teach mechanics but also offer a good gameplay flow. One complaint is that some quests take long to complete just because of bad luck rolling dice. I will review the game upon release, but I just wanted to share my early impressions. This really is the first iOS title in a while that I can’t wait to play as soon as I get home each day. Be on the lookout for this on iPad very soon.
Talisman Prologue HD is available! - We're proud to announce that Talisman Prologue for mobile devices, called Talisman Prologue HD, is now available for iOS and Android devices. For those of you who have the PC game, this is the same game but re-worked for tablets and phones.
It's available from the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.
Talisman Digital Edition is still in the Steam Greenlight system and we need you all to vote for it and ask your friends to vote too! Talisman Prologue PC Patch - We will be releasing a patch for the PC of Talisman Prologue very soon, and this will include some new characters to play with!

Early Access will replace the Beta testing we were planning to do, so thank you to the many people who expressed their interest in helping out.
Early Access will run for a couple of months whilst we work on the game and fix all of the bugs. The official release is likely to be in December/January so those of you wanting to wait until it's finished can purchase the game then.
Talisman: Digital Edition Coming to Steam (Feb 25), iOS/Android in April
Talisman Prologue was Nomad Games' first delve into the Games Workshop Ltd. universe of Talisman. Now, it's nearly 2 years later and the evolution of that single-player experience is hitting PCs tomorrow. Talisman: Digital Edition is full-blown Talisman, playable online with friends or against AI. This isn't the puzzly Prologue, this is a full-out race to get the Crown of Command and smite your enemies.
It's been available in beta form on Steam for months, and it's a pretty amazing version of the game. If you enjoy Talisman, there's no reason not to be playing this as it's a perfect re-creation of the board game with enough digital flair and dazzle to make it interesting. You can grab it from Steam for $15.
At launch there are 2 expansions available as DLC: Talisman (fourth edition): The Reaper Expansion as well as a new character, the Exorcist.
The iOS and Android version should be released in April, with all the DLC available for the PC edition making it to the small screen as well. This makes it sound like they're planning on releasing more DLC between now and then. Awesome...Want Talisman (fourth edition): The Dungeon Expansion. We'll let you know if we find out any other specifics about the mobile version.
