Ah, yes. Cronos. That one was fun. Wait til later. I'm playing it Titan mode and I'm at the part before the final battle starts. I've died so far 139 times.

It's incredible, but you can burn through it fairly quickly. I started it Friday and I'm already at the last boss fight on Titan difficulty.

How many hours of actual playtime?
I'd like to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my ass.

My save file has about 14 so far, but I spent well over an hour trying to beat part 1 of the 3 part final boss fight.. so probably closer to 16 now. This is also running around to find everything (all the Gorgon Eyes, Minotaur Horns, and Phoenix Feathers) and all of the Godly Possessions. If you're good at GoW, or you're playing on a lesser difficulty, you can probably get through it in 12 hours or less. Probably 8-10 on Spartan (easy).

Finished it last night. Ending is somewhat predictable / disappointing, but overall a fantastic game.

Seems too short to warrant buying a PS3 exclusively for. Glad I went with the 50% off Blu-ray player instead.

You should never buy a console exclusively for one game. However, that being said.. I really enjoyed God of War III. Platinum Trophy is finished now. :)

True, but most of the things I've played on PS3 have been things that held my interest for around 15 minutes... then I went on with my life.

It looks great, and I'm sure FF13 looks even better on PS3, but meh.

Seriously. The only three fights that are really tough are that scorpion, the flaming cerberus, and zeus himself.
