Election Music Mix

Post by Freecare Spiritwise »

I wanted something heavy I could rock out to, where each song has some connection to my thoughts about this long presidential campaign...

Anyone else have an election mix?

So far, in no particular order:

The Grudge ~ Tool
Master of Puppets ~ Metallica
Weak and Powerless ~ A Perfect Circle
Trust ~ Megadeath
Greed ~ Godsmack
Shape of Things to Come ~ Audioslave
Regular People (Conceit) ~ Pantera
Freedom ~ Rage Against the Machine
It's Going Down ~ Suicidal Tendencies
The Dope Show ~ Marilyn Manson
Riot ~ Three Days Grace

Every time I looked at McCain/Palin on my absentee ballot, I played Jimmie Buffet's "The Missionary". After a couple days I voted for Obama. So as of December 31st I am officially RETIRED MILITARY. I hope Obama's foreign policy isn't the joke that Bush's was, but even if it is, I don't have to be the tip of the spear executing it anymore.
