Digging the demo. The home tome/XP/card feature is pretty sweet (i havn't played an AoE since #2 [no expansions]) so if that's not new, then well...it is to me! Harvesting coin on plantations and food on mills and being able to raise your own sheep is damn sweet. Unlimited amounts of their respective resources.

Most likely going to buy this one by or for Christmas.

OK quick question. Internet been up/down past week, so ive been playing AoE3 during the boring downtime.

How the hell do you enter Imperial Age? Does my hometown have to be a certain lvl? Settler Population? Advancements? Control all trade post?

Its not needed to win the game, as I kick ass in Industrial with my line of Canon/Rockets, but i would like to enter Imperial Age once to get the final upgrades for even more buttkicking.

Supremacy or Deathmatch? In DM, you cant get to the 5th Age. (From what alot says) In Supremacy, you can, you need 4k food and gold.

But never played a deathmatch yet to know myself since I play Supremacy alot.

yep I play deathmatch, must be it. Sigh....And im lvl 20
