No, but Tal did what he did knowing full well he was breaking rules.

It may be the mods up the warning to a suspension, the mod chat isn't over on this yet.

(Basically, the way the rules are with the mods is that each mod offers up a course of action. If any mod says "this isn't a violation" the post stays. If the post gets removed, whatever mod offers the LEAST restrictive penalty prevails. Three mods say suspend him, one went for warning, so right now he gets a warning unless the one changes his mind.)

I am not "being a pussy" after posting that. I honestly did not think it was real. The fact is, after looking it it agin myself (maybe knowing that its a real childs hand make me look at it different) it is visually shocking. Not necessarly not work safe but desturbing to say the least.

Just a couple points...

What Tal did was funny. I didn't want to see him get banned for it but I thought the reason he was banned is because the picture had sexually graphic material in it (an ass being pulled apart) and Cleptow for posting RL info.

Posting a picture of a real childs hand being cut off is tastless. I wish to god I would have know the circumstances of what the pic was of but ignorance of the law is no excuse. If I got pulled over for doing 65 in a 55 and told the cop "I didnt know the speed limit" I would still be getting the ticket. I guess what the question here is, is the picture not worksafe or is it just a visually shocking picture?

I accept anything the mods decide.

Relbeek you keep on changeing your story and handing out differnt puneshments for the same infractions you contradict yourself a few times.Bottomline if you ban Cleptow for posting an indecent pic and then find out someone else behind the scenes changed it you should hand out the same puneshment be it a RL friend of yours or not.
