Thanks Knott
I'm not a big ranter and will admit that MV was more than a bit irked that u took down Fennin before us, but grats on that and may I say Knott I really appriciate the comments about MV, means alot.
On a side note, like narith said MV and Watchers just raiding together so we can keep doing content while we do our best to get back up to hard core #'s on both sides. Hopefully the possible new flag rules in the upcoming patch will help us both get members who might feel they are too behind to try and app (which is wrong).
oh .. and Cronic (captain crunch?) ... where the fuck did that flame come from? I nvr said shit about you .. I don't even fucking KNOW you, just some lame rumors that ur a skillless ranting douch drip. Fuck off.

I decided to post the whole thread that got e-mailed to me.... Along with my responce to him when I recieved it...Its a good read LOL
#1) I run Endeavour and have friends in SoR. Those friends are always welcome to join us
#2) I have never been rejected to Enshadowed, I pulled my app with them due to RL issues
#3) Sorry Trem, You may think the world is out to get you but the bottom line is, you have to resort to this level to keep people from leaving your guild.
#4) grow the fuk up
This topic has been hotly discussed among officers, but I thought it appropriate to share with members in general.
It has to do with Knott and the guild: Endevour.
For those of you that don't know Knott very well, he was an officer back about a year ago in SoR. He was the sort of "official" raid leader for us. This was because he enjoys leading raids and had some experience at it. He wasn't the best raid leader, but also not the worst.
His good points are that he was energetic and online often. His bad points were that he was rude and unstable. He quit and rejoined SoR a couple times, then quit and finally applied to Enshadowed. His final reason for quitting was that we were replacing him with Israfel, which wasn't the case but Knott is not the type of person to listen to others.
Knott was refused admittance to Enshadowed and at that point decided to form his own guild, which he has since done.
I have maintained a cordial relationship with Knott and was always willing to let bygones be bygones. When Endevour formed, we lost a few members immediately to them as most of you know.
Knott approached me about an alliance and I told him this might be workable, but not if members of SoR continued to move to Endevour. This continued to happen and thus I refused the alliance.
Keep in mind that SoR has been around for 5 years. Endevour has been around for a few weeks. Given Knott's past behavior and the methods used to form his new guild, I felt it best not to align with them. An alliance is built on trust and Knott did nothing to prove he is trustworthy. Rather the opposite.
When I refused to ally with Endevour, Knott took this as motivation to begin direct attacks on SoR to take our members. Nearly every member has probably received a tell from an Endevour member encouraging them to move over.
I have never been one to hold a grudge against anyone until now. This grudge extends to some members and particularly officers that simply turned their backs on SoR and moved to a guild that is intentionally trying to harm us.
We are a friendly family oriented guild that wants to flag it's members for PoP and move eventually to PoTime. We are not a vicious guild with a vendetta to hurt others.
If you receive an invitation to Endevour, please consider what you would be doing in leaving SoR for this guild. I know of no other guilds in Brell that exist purely to inflict harm on others. Competition certainly occurs among guilds, but this is limited by the ethics of the guild leaders and officers. In the case of Endevour, there are no ethics.

Interesting there's no mention of the app to Sojo, either.
Seems like Trem is keeping a pretty level head about this, actually. Additionally, his summary of your behavior from an outsider's perspective is pretty accurate. Granted, I haven't attended one of your raids for some time, Knott, but I have heard from those who do frequently.
Alliances need to be benificial to both guilds, I think. Numbers for flags, numbers for loot (that was probably rotting anyway). I'd bet you'll see more of this kind of teamwork, especially during traditionally low attendance times of year.
This same group of people seems to be getting dicked around by whoever the pickup fanatics du juor are. Compare the rosters. If you see the same kind of person then why should you be suprised or get defensive when someone compares you to Shadowed Silence? What isn't fair, is that there are good people in all of that fucked up guild history who should just realize they're good and apply accordingly.

My "behaviour" that Trem is refering to is allow members of SoR to join Endeavour. My raids are 95% guild only raids so I dont think you have any idea what you are talking about.
Since forming Endeavour, we have done 0 pickup raids and our numbers are still pretty good. We allow close friends and recruits on raids so I doubt you know anyone that "frequently" attends our raids.

Riiiight, because everything that a guild does, posts or says is completely internal and private. And people from different guilds don't talk to each other either eh? You've already proven this to be untrue in this thread.
Anything else your obviously disrespectful friend from SoR sent you that you'd like to post and LOL over?

So which is it? Two of your finest raiders ninja looted you twice? At least with a guild you can have a slightly better screening process, although I am stunned you defeated Fennin Ro with Fotessa on your roster.Offered flags to others after being ninja looted twice and have always respected other guild intent (CoP posted that they were doing PoAir so we moved into PoFire instead) We tok the finest raiders we have had on our pick up raids and did great things with them.

No mention of the Watchers app either, which was still active when Knott had started his app to Enshadowed.Arkaron wrote:Interesting there's no mention of the app to Sojo, either.
I wonder why none of them took you in?
I hear most guilds usually prefer you to app to one of them at a time.

Just bear that in mind when/if Endeavour falls apart...

People will always try to apply to a guild where they feel they fit in, take me for example, wanna dig up my app records ? Wahcters - 5 months, voted out....Enshadowed, pulled my recruitment because of a RL commitment.....Sojo... oh hey i raided everynight, know my class, amde it in... Rising Ascnsion, i offered them names andguilds of people on brell to reference, if thery did or not is up to them, but i know my class, i raid consistantly, and i was voted in.
You can't accuse a guild of "stealing" members. People come and go as they please and if they choose to leave SoR and go to Endevor, or leave Miser and go to any other guild or leave <V and go to naother guild then heaven forbid you be happy for your friends who find where they belong instead of begrudging them for being happy.
Actually i wouldn't blame sojo if they hated me, i left them and app'd RA in the same night, i'm in the watchers friends channel and the sojo friends channels on a consistent basis, and yet the only person who sends me tells consistently is someone in Ensh... Gee funny how all those people that were going to miss me and didn't want me to leave still send me tells.
Don't hate endevour for forming for themselves and likewise members for leaivng other guilds to be with them, just be happy your friend isn happy... that is that this "game" is about right ?

People from outside our Raid ninja looted us. In one instance the Black Collar of Boundless Might was taken, a name was not given to us by the GM's. In the second instance a Glyphed Rune Word was taken and the name was given to us, that name being Feltarian.Arkaron wrote:So which is it? Two of your finest raiders ninja looted you twice? Anyone who has raided with us has done an incredible job. It's fucktards outside the raid that like to screw things. Since moving to elementals we've had no problems and the guests we do have have been very polite, attentive and know how to play.

Only for the people that I knew very well. You must remember that I was a member of SoR until I seen it going no where. After leading Jabknott raids as an indy for a long time I join SoR. Alot of the people that raided with us joined SoR at that time as there were only 6 active members when I joined. Those people came to ME and asked to be part of this new endeavour and I gladly accepted them.

To me it sounds like Knott took a bunch of people who weren't going anywhere in particular and had them all step up and do something together that they normally couldn't. I don't know about you, but I respect that. He put his heart into th is and it worked out well for him and everyone that went with him.
