I hope you don't think I was talking about this Ninja Gaiden 2.

I'm talking about the sequel to Ninja Gaiden Black (it was re-released on PS3 as Ninja Gaiden Sigma). I'm talking about this Ninja Gaiden II (also re-released for PS3 as Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2).

Started this today... it's... interesting to say the least. Plays well on ps3 after the patch/install. I haven't had any frame rate issues or anything, thus far. Wish it had an lock on feature instead of just highlighting enemies with the lip prints. :/

So far though, seems like a Devil May Cry ripoff. We'll see.. the torture moves are pretty cool though. I'm still having a hard time getting used to using R2 to dodge, instead of just being able to roll out of the way. The controls are killing me, since I've been working on Demon's Souls again here the past few days. :p

I will say I was a little :| about it at first but as the game goes on you get some pretty cool shit and it kind of mellows down a little (or at least you get used to it).

Frustrating game, is frustrating. Though, I've read that once you get some of the later items it's far easier.. so far I'm only on like chapter 5 though. :p

So, I just finished the game on Normal. Wow, that last boss fight is a total pain in the ass!

Let me know if you can beat it on hardmode, I found it way too frustrating.

It's not bad. It's pretty damn tough though.

Tax, I will let you know. I'm working on Hard mode now.. though, so far, I've only beaten the Prologue, and Chapter VII. :p

I wait for the bargain bin on most games. It's more a case of a game starting on "bargain bin" status and having to prove itself to make me fork out more than $20.

Oh, I understand. I only buy games now used from GameFly. They run some really decent deals. I just got Sacred 2 and Star Ocean the Last Hope International for less than the cost of a used Star Ocean TLHI at Gamestop.

If I wanna keep this copy of Bayonetta I'm playing, it's 26.99 which isn't too terrible.. but I doubt I'll actually buy it. I'm getting bored farming halos atm. :(

Started playing Hard and am making notes to double check all the Alfheim portals so I can go back to them again in Normal to finish them up. On chapter 5 of Hard now. :)
