I just type fast and don't really care if I make a few mistakes. And other then when people poke fun at me you will NEVER see me point out the flaws in their own threads.

It's not the grammar, it's the incoherence. Typing fast really isn't an excuse for the piece I quoted. That was just lazy.

They have actually been playing nice together lately. I do miss the old drama, but I feel it's lost forever now.

We have the same interests with regard to fitness and nutrition. Sorry to disappoint, but I like Select and enjoy her input.
