Yes, the creator sadly resorts to half-truths and sometimes flat-out lies to get the point across.

I did a little research on Osiris and Isis's necrophilic mating ritual that led to Horus's birth. Being that Osiris is god - and his many scattered peices are mere literary mythos. I mean, she had sex with his severed god-dick.
