It's been a Looong time. Necro-threading.

I often think back about all the things we did, conducting huge raids without having voice (vent etc), raiding VP with 1 tank, 1 clr, 4 wizards and a bard, lol that was fun.

All the useless information about camps, AE style camping and clearing ALL of Karnors Castle in 1 pull! Quest info, grinding spots. Life has moved on for me, but all those memories are still there. I havent logged on in forever, but i hear its all different now. I miss those days, and those friends.

I see a lot of the EQ posts on Facebook from their official page, and it's completely different than what we all have fond memories of. Personally, I think voice chat ruined a lot of the immersion, along with instancing.

Hi, so I was sitting at work, and recently got an email for a new expansion from EQ (seriously, 21??) and decided to see if anything oldschool EQ related stuff still existed. I cannot believe this board is still here. I can't believe I knew my password to my account (which my profile says the last time I was here was 2008!)

I haven't really played an MMO since EQ. Just can't do it anymore, but I'll never regret the years I spent here playing. I'll never forget Burzlaff and I hacking this site and drawing awful things all over it. Ahh the good old days.

Well, Hello to anyone who remembers me, I recognize a couple of the names here and there!
