Most of the leagues are non-profit. They exist only to make the schedule and sign the contracts with the media on the behalf of the teams. So, they don't pay taxes - the individual teams do. The Vikings pay about $20 million in direct taxes to the State.
I'm not a big fan of teams getting money for stadia, but that's up to the locals, and they do pay their taxes.
