Saw the trailer for Vikings and it looks good. Gonna give it a shot.
The wife has been into Big Bang Theory lately. She almost has me hooked on it. All the "look, hot nerd chicks" finally wore me down.

I like the Big Bang Theory. Fun stuff.

We have two episodes of the Walking Dead to catch up with tonight. I love when we save two or more for binge-watching.

How is everyone else's watching time going?

Watched the first 3 episodes of Vikings, with #4 ready to go for tonight. Great series! (Or is it a mini-series?)

Hmm, I don't know about Vikings. I hope series. It's entertaining. Better than a lot of what's out there.

It's definitely well-produced, and just happens to be our genre. I'm used to being let down, but so far, so good.

I got my son in law into Breaking Bad. He won't watch GoT, though. I guess there's no robots, lasers, explosions, comic book characters, whatever kids in their early 20's see on their x-boxes. I tried telling him "dude, full frontal on Tonks" but I guess celebrity nudity doesn't matter unless it's coupled with tanks or lasers. Kids.

Umm, yeah, your nephew needs to stop fucking around with Game of Thrones. It's not just full frontal Tonks (which is omg, awesome) but doggy style sex, table sex, prostitutes fingering each other kind of sex. It's girl on top sex and Imp sex and some old guy getting a blow job and another guy jacking off.

Tell him to watch this:

I can't get into Big Bang Theory. I really hate laugh tracks and they get geek references absurdly wrong all the time (they are much better with science). It's fucking 2013...laugh tracks are like explaining the joke.

hmm, ya know, I don't notice laugh tracks. I like the geek references, but this season seems to be lacking for whatever reason. I don't know why. Not enough Raj. :D

In other news, Lost Girl was a big WTF episode last night, but had some good stuff on it. I just wonder if a monkey on crack wrote it.

I don't even hear the laugh tracks either, but when my daughter is over she usually make some comment like "that's really creepy that you're listening to dead people laugh like that." I just think the show is funny.

I end up having to watch it with one of my good friends on occasion because she loooves it. When one or the other sig other goes out of town, we often hang out and have a marathon of something. She always chooses BBT or .....things like The O.C or Everwood. I kid you not. From those groan-worthy marathon sessions, I have to say my biggest gripe, next to those already mentioned, was getting rid of Leslie Winkle. She added a less girl-as-background aspect to it. She felt like a real character, not a filler, so I did enjoy her.

I'm not a Mayim Bialik fan. At. All.

Speaking of shows, does anyone have the latest Merlin they want to share? =)

Hmmmmm, I don't have Merlin. Geesh, I think I missed the last few or maybe just the last one. My DVR has been borking up some recordings (and we're getting a new one tomorrow). Hmmm, I just looked on SyFy and they say Merlin will be back in May? I didn't realize there was a hiatus. What's the last one you watched, Harlowe?

On SyFy stuff, Being Human (US) is getting so m-f'ing good. I had someone mail me a copy of season 1 (and I already had it). Lemme know if you want me to mail that to you, Harlowe. It's kind of sitting around collecting dust. That said, I think it's one netflix too (season 1).

I watched 3 seasons of the British Being Human, but haven't gotten caught up on the US one. I think I saw half a season...I did notice it's on Netflix so I'll have to queque that mother up.

Do, it's awesome. I still have season 1 just hanging out here. If anyone wants it, holler. Otherwise, it will go to some poor slop on Amazon or ebay or whatever.

Harlowe, are you up to speed with Lost Girl? It went totally nutso last night with some hint as to who Bo's father might be. And there was some Dyson in it, too, not just "I hang around and wander onto the set Dyson," but DYSON).

Game of Thrones is so close. We just upgraded our DirecTV and got HD, too.

I'm a spaz this morning. Too much coffee. klasjfkl;asjflkasjdkl;fjasdkl
