Revisiting EQ?

Post by Enrich »

I am not sure if many people remember me or not, but... I have been raiding with a progression guild on Trakanon for the past couple of months we are currently in PoP, and raiding 3 nights a week. With all of the changes to make the game "easier" to level, it has become a pretty casual friendly environment. A lot of our guys run with FTP, since the only stuff we have seen that is prestige is LDoN augs there really is not much of a drawback, and you do not feel most of the limitations. At the level 65 cap there really isnt enough aa's available to you to even worry about hitting the cap.

We are looking for more people, and if any of this seems interesting, you can check us out at:

I'd love to play again, but have no earthly clue how to get started ...with a 65ish as highest characters and no idea about current gear, where to fucking hunt again etc. It just seems a bit overwhelming when you are stuck between n00b and not high enough or experienced enough to be useful.

Harlowe, a lot of our members were in the same boat as you, with the changes they made to exp rates it is pretty easy to hit 65 in less than a week. We also help out with new guys so they are not lost. If you are interested I have been playing a monk named Wanglo if you do log in and want to chat.

Burz, we should get us another raid up like we did on Atlanta!
