I was wondering, for those of you still gaming, if know of any good video capture software to use while in-game? I'm looking to record someone's facial expressions while they're playing AND record the game itself. Like this video here:

Camtasia comes to mind, but some of those programs take up SO much space with longer files and we'll need subjects to play for 45 minutes straight.

Use two programs. FRAPS the game and use a webcam to record the face then sync them up and overlay the face in the upper corner like that video did.

Re: Hey Nerds (Video question)
45 mins of recording with any game is going to make some pretty big files (no live recording program does particularly good compression) - you'll just have to live with that.

Record with FRAPS, edit with Premiere, convert with Handbrake. Maybe find a good free editor besides premiere. FRAPS & Handbrake are free.
