Anyone checked this out yet? It's a program that (supposedly) lets you use android apps under windows.

No reason it can't work - Android apps are typically just Java compiled to the Dalvik VM so all you have to do is create a Dalvik VM for Windows.

I actually prefer the native PC version, but I don't think Seasons and Rio are out yet (ever?) on PC.

Gave it a quick try. It's an interesting emulator. The sync to your mobile requires a Facebook login with permissions out the wazoo (which interestingly enough can be turned off once you connect), so be careful there. Not sure I'd be completely sold on it unless I could get the Market working though.
