So, given that waterboarding is regarded as torture in almost every nation except, apparently, the US when it suits it, I have to wonder if GWB needs to be pretty damn careful from here in. I would suspect there's a real possibility of his arrest on deplaning in a whole bunch of places. The real shame of it all is every tin-pot dictatorship can now point at the US and say "if they can do it and get away with it..."

He never went overseas before becoming President, I have no doubt he'll only ever go overseas again if his dictator buddies in Saudi Arabia keep his deplaning secure.
