This latest version looks like it has gotten rid of the "Three Strikes" provision, but there are still a lot of scary bits in it. If there is this much at risk for ISPs, the price of internet services are going to skyrocket if this
passes.

I've no idea what's going to happen with the ACTA. A lot of countries seem to be wanting to water it down now. In the end it will probably get up in some form and them be torn to shreds by the individual nations.
