That's pretty cool, I like his ideas. It's kind of sad when he talks about the USA being so far behind.

Now that would be a policy that I could support 100%. It's bold and makes economic sense. It would require some new laws allowing some cartel like behaviour between certain segments of the economy (power generation, auto maufacturing, battery manufacturing and distribution) but I like it a lot.
