Its still between him and a person of whom he knows, is not "speculation, gossip, rumors or innuendo" and obviously the person has some trust in him. Its not his place to tell it here or anywhere regardless of if it was before Duvall was a politician or not, that is Duvall's ex-wife's place and it would be up to her to decide.

What is absolutely concerning, was that she (and the other woman) are allegedly lobbyists, not any ol' flavor of lobbyist, but ones for an industry he was in a position to influence. My take is, the salacious details are already out there without having to have Embar talk about events that involve a third party who's not a part of the current imbroglio. It's analagous to asking private details from someone who slept with a celebrity five or 10 years ago if that celebrity gets caught tomorrow sliding it to a still-married Nicole Kidman in flagrante. There is no good served by dishing this dirt, and possibly some harm.

I mean, really. If you wanna know how bizarre his sex life can get, go sleep with him. He seems like the sort to jump out of his clothes easy enough.
