I fucking know! Could there possibly be an episode that doesn't end with a cliff hanger that makes me yell at the tv when the episode ends?

I know. There are only like 5 episodes left. I don't know what I'm going to do. Hung is pretty funny too if you're also watching that.

Select, this is just the second season. Season 1 is out on dvd now.

Well you could read the books Allu, but some of the characters are waaay different and there are some story elements that have been added and some that are missing, so it's more of a "general" story progression.

Kind of like the LOTR movies followed the basic progression of the story and characters, but wasn't really anything like the books.

Unless I missed an episode, he's not missing is he? He hasn't met Lafayette has he?

I think that dynamic is pretty cool though. I like that they can send out "radio signals" to each other from a long distance like that.

I don't know if I am going to read the books. I really like the series and enjoy just following that, but I may get desperate and break down.

Select, there are 12 episodes per season. So, season 1 = 12 plus 7 (into season 2) that's 19 eps to watch. I think they're a little longer than network episodes in that it's on HBO and it usually runs up to 52-55 min. each from what I recall. But, you don't notice the length. It's actually one of those shows where I catch myself looking at the clock to see how much time I have left because I don't want it to end.
Hidden Information!
I don't think Lafayette ever met the male mind reader. But I will say that it's interesting that Sookie and he could communicate with one another across distances. It makes me wonder if more mind-readers are coming up in the future. Marianne is just a wicked snatch that needs to die! I have a feeling her end will be most glorious. I hope Sam gets in on that. I'm starting to like Sam more and more. I wonder of Eggs (Tara's dude, do I hear that right on his name?) knows what he's doing for Marianne or if he's just a victim of her power.

That post was about 2 episodes back when Barry suddenly vanished from the hotel. Also never inferred he would have met Lafayette - simply wondered if he would be locked up like Lafayette was.

I think they said his real name is Benedict and they just call him Eggs because of that.

I didn't even think about that - when they are broadcasting, I'm sure other physics or w/e can listen in too. That'd be fun if they found a whole club or something crazy.

Yeah, Marianne is 1crzybitch! I wonder how they are going to pull off getting rid of her. I like Sam a lot, but I wish he'd do something other than "old dog" for a while. The owl thing was pretty cool when he was running away from demon-face.

Ahhh - I figured he quit working there because he was afraid of Sookie outing him.
Hidden Information!
The end of the last episode was really fast, but wtf happened there? Eric heard about where Sookie was and then he either 1) went and rescued Godfrey rurl fast or 2) came up to inquire about the male mind reader?

Hidden Information!
I dunno why Godric was there, unless he's part of this whole "let's start a war between vamps/humans thing and let himself get caught for that reason alone--trusting in Eric's fanatic loyalty.

The owl thing was wicked awesome. I'm glad Sam switched it up. And now that we know Daphne's the pig, it's sad that she was out in that pig-house for so long, wtf! Marianne is one sick bitch.

I have no idea how they're going to deal with Marianne. My guess is that it won't happen this season and that other supernatural creatures (as Daphne said) are a lot more resistant to her charms. So, that could mean that some vampires might have to get involved, or maybe they introduce some were-things.

I do know that Sookie probably won't be too happy when she gets back and sees her place has been taken over by a bunch of freaks. Sookie being protective of Tara might have something to do with Marianne's downfall. I dunno. It will be interesting to see. :)

I figured that Godric had actually been captured but then when Eric had solid proof of where he was, he saved him uber fast. Then Godric (will hopefully) saves Sookie. That sounds retarded the more I think about it though. Godric must have just been playing dead.

Daphne was a bitch, I'm glad she got killed. She was kind of annoying too - wtf woman, you can turn into ANY animal and you choose a pig and a deer. Really??

I hope they deal with Marianne this season. I'm curious as to what's going to happen too. I think/hope Tara gets to fuck her up a little either way though.
