I'm curious where many of us lie. Though, I'm certain it's easy to surmise where many will be, I'm curious to the "level" at which people reside.

I scored a 117 -- "Very Conservative"

There were so many different axes on that quiz that the final result is basically meaningless. It's about as useful as the "libertarian quiz".

Agrred. It was poorly designed. The only reason I'm labled a progressive was my strong stance on the erosion of freedoms (speech, assembly, press, etc)

They should break it out into three different criteria... "fiscal" conservative/liberal... "social" conservative/liberal.. and "governmental interference into the lives of citizens" right thinker/wrong thinker

For me, I would classify myself as a fiscal conservative, social liberal (with the exception of my stance on the unborn humans), and someone who has a healthy paranoia about government intrusion into the personal lives of citizens.

We had a great quiz in a government class here. If I can dig it up, I'll post it. It was more of a chart and where you fell socially and fiscally. I think it also included government involvement.

These quizzes are really no better than "Cosmo sex & personality" quizzes. People don't even answer these honestly, they just try to get the score they want to post. OMG I'm SUPER XXXTREME CONSERVATIVE!
