This isn't your dad's GNR. That said, this ain't bad at all. I'll stack 'Better' or 'There Was A Time' or 'Catcher In The Rye' against almost anything in the back catalog.

It freakin' rules from a recording standpoint. It's masterfully edited and produced. I mean, after a decade of work - it should be.
I really never liked GnR. I like Chinese Democracy though. It's a fun listen.
