The short of it is: employee partially responsible for the sale of oil rights to oil companies takes "side" employment from oil firms, does coke, fucks his subordinates. The fireworks should be amusing to watch.

Yes because what people do in college is exactly the same as how you behave in your job, public office or in positions of trust and power that rely on integrity.

Not at all the same. 90% of all college students experiment and party it has zero to do with their job performance and character later in life.

In college it's also not a bribery situation.

I browsed the OIG report a little deeper. If the one woman involved in this had spit into a tissue, there probably could have been rape convictions going on at this office, on top of the drug trafficking, tampering with the contract process, and accepting bribes. The coke (and meth) were the smallest part of this issue.
