i just recently got mine fingle and theres some cool ass shit you can do with it. If you have a PS3 what you do is set up a media server on your PC and grant your PS3 access to those folders and files whther they be music video or pictures...next you register your psp on your ps3 and youre good to go...you can access any files that your ps3 has access to over the internet its freakin awesome. i was watching my video collection at the coffee shop on my psp and listening to my music.

oh and i changed my psp menu theme to look like the mac os theme =p go here :

http://www.psp-themes.net/

and last but not least make sure you download the latest firmware update, it has support for internet radio which is badass and RSS feeds.

right now im tryin gto get flash to work on my psp so i can use a third party chat program to access my aim msn and yahoo ^_^

We got the 12 year old a PSP for christmas, and he loves it. It's a slick device, and the graphics look much better than I thought they would. The wi-fi is flawless, and supposedly they are adding Skype support soon.

We had a brain fart and got him a 4 gig SD card by mistake, so he's bugging us every day for the Sony (tm) memory stick since the 128 MB stick from his sister's camera isn't cutting it. I despise Sony with a passion, but I gotta admit there's nothing else like the PSP on the market.

I don't have a PS3, but with my new 4GB pro duo card, I can upload a significant portion of my musical library. I updated the firmware and downloaded the internet radio. You're right, it is cool.

I looked into the firmware hacks over the past few days and frankly, I'm not going to mess with it. Too much work and risk for a puter dummy like me. I'll just buy used games :)

I beat Daxter a couple days ago. Fun game, but I got a little tired of the repetitive nature of the levels. Also, I was expecting more upgrades for the bug sprayer that never happened. Also, I did not care for the number of eggs that you had to find in order to unlock content. It gives you the option to go back through the levels to find all the eggs, but I didn't want to do that. I found myself going through the dream sequences a few more times to increase my scores.

I'm going buy two or three new games today. Madden 08, Tiger Woods 08, God of War or Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow.

If God of War is half as cool on PSP as it was on my PS2 -- you'll like it :)

Good times...

All God of War games have an interactive sex scene. It's just a rule of being a God of War game.

Yeah the Ready by Dawn group has done really good work with the PSP... Daxter was top of the line at release and God of War will be the same.

Of course, I only play old shit on my psp. Daxter is good, and I've got Castlevania the Dracula X Chronicles and the remake of Final Fantasy 2. :p

Have been really digging the FF2 remake and FFT on the PSP is better then playing the original on the PS3 due to the long menu load times.

Btw graphics they are pumping out with Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core is really impressive.

I'm well into God of War and I really really love it. Lots of good content, good story and lots of weapon upgrades. The whole thing is really well done.

I'll check out FF2 when I'm done with God of War, since Madden 09 doesn't come out till August.

God of War: Chains of Olympus is as good of a portable translation as I have ever seen done. It IS God of War in your hands.

Heard good things about Patapon which is a rhythm game.

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core has turned out to be amazing. Highly suggest anyone with a PSP to pick it up if you're a fan of the FF series.

Patapon is actually kind of fun and worth the $20 in my opinion. They were smart on the pricing on that one.

And dear lord the cut scene clarity on FFVII: Crisis Core is so crisp it is unbelievable.
