Vanguard is getting a lot better all the time.
1. Server populations are UP
2. getting a group is easy and fast
3. a ton of bugs have been fixed
4. CTD issues have been lowered greatly
5. performance is greatly improved
6. they added Guild Halls (they look absolutely amazing)
7. they implemented the brotherhood system
8. they have added a whole new area of content for the mid to high level teens near Khal
9. and they are about to release a whole dungeon of raid content
