Desktop wallpapers

Reason im posting this in here instead of the desktop forums, well im wanting to do some customizing on mine, namely to change the color scheme on my taskbar and such, and i saw a couple of pics of people with different color taskbars, and am curious as to how to do it.

I hate windowblinds, I use the patcher on Neowin.net to run "unauthorized" themes.
There we go, flippin' unpredicitable verses, and curse the first words like tourettes on purpose.

Yeah I hated it after a while too and just use the generic silver thing theme that comes default with windows.
