Guess I should explain. Took my puter to shop to have my CD/DVD fixed. They had to clean a bunch of shit and re-install windows. Now, I get my puter back, and, all I can get in is safe mode. Even when I f8 and tell it to open with regular windows.

Simple solution: return it to the shop. Get it resolved and complain. That shouldn't happen from a good shop, they should ensure that the system starts up normally.

After they fix it, boot up the computer at their shop before taking it home.

Turns out I had several problems. Norton shit-ass product let a bunch of shit on my puter...trojan horses and such. The DVD/CD problem was a registry problem.

Safe mode happened b/c my unused video card (not my g-force card) didn't re-install all the way. Anywho...my CPU is fast as fuck now, even though I lost all my p0rn.
