PC Issues

I think I got it working, I just sucked it up and did the driver juggle game. Got it working with the latest drivers now. Also I had a fan/heatsink lying around. So no big deal there either.

It just seems odd my mobo didn't work with the lastest agp drivers /shrug.

Don's be so sure you have it working. I had the latest drivers working for about 45min before it fired off another lockup.

The drivers I use are ATI CATALYST 5.4, 04/04/05

Yea, its kinda jumpy. /sigh But I've been playing for about 3 hours and no mushroom cloud. The one that used to work the best for me was 6.14.10.6430. The one I have now is 8.xxxxxxxx.

*edit* I'm a goober, for some reason my max frames was set to 40 in EQ.

I had the same problem with my ATI card. I was the Bios setting for me that fixed it. Think it was the Voltage setting was way to low.

It's ATI's drivers. They FINALLY admitted there was a problem when running EQ2......though they listed it as a fixed issue.......even though it isn't.
