er.. that should have said "on brell"..

Oh well... I need me sleep.

My first guild ever was... Pain Mercanarys of Silence (PMS..haha.) on The Rathe.. moved to brell (and OOK) from there.

That said, OOK was never really "my guild". I had to apply to become a peer.. corse I'm sure Nico would have lovvvved it had I not been voted as ok

:p

OMG..

i just started back on EQ for progression server, and i found this post and loved it. I was a founding member of Children of the Mother and the day Dawgma offered me a higher up position in the guild I left and joined Art of War - becoming it's 8th actual member (they used some other people to start the guild at 10 then kicked em out) Character name was Quemn Wyndrunner. I helped found the CoM with my first character on brell Quem which was a ranger and I hated him.

Can we just let this poor post die already?
I'd like to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my ass.

I'm not letting this shit die. It's time for my bi-annual message board comeback. My first guild was Crimson Rebellion, so to whoever asked about them on the first or 2nd page, yes, I remember. Though I only remember the paladin who invited me, Istar Moonflower, and the leader, Ghethny I think it was. After they broke up over some dispute, I joined Order of Eternity, where I made some awesome friends that I've spent time with irl, and still talk to on occasion, though I was kicked out like a year and a half or 2 years ago over a misunderstanding with Infynite, and some equipment. It's sad, that OoE recently disbanded on EQ, we were the oldest guild left on the server, I believe.

Wow, lots of old names... good to see all of you, and hello to all of you that remember me :)

The Burning Shield (for about a week)
Iron Throne (until it died)
--break--
Credo Fidelis
Enshadowed (until I left for EQ2)

I dabbled in one or two other smaller guilds for a week at a time between each of those whose names I cannot recall.

Shields of Light
Veteran Crew

Bangzoom was loyal to those guilds for life (trivia: I never applied to a guild. I joined SoL through RL friends when I started, and then poor VC had to take me when we merged a couple years later). But there were a ton of other guilds I respected and occasionally had boatloads o' fun with.

Oh, and I don't count the Roatus pack as a guild, but that was one kick-ass team of players.
Reptilian Empire, old all iksar guild (in it's early days). I joined when Select was about level 8(?)
Stayed until my late 60's...4-5 years later. I loved and still miss the guild meetings. All these Iksar crowded into the secret tombs in FoB, the guild leader sitting on the dragon throne^^
I remember Reptilian Empire. I joined when I was like 12 irl. I was the only non-iksar to get into the guild besides that dwarf rogue. I was Quarterpound Cutlet, a gnome wizard. lol good times. Too bad the only people I remember are Xaruliz and Select.
