Invalid session errors

The cause of the invalid session errors is under investigation.

For now, here's the workaround.

If you get one while posting, hit your back button. Select the text of your post and copy it (control-C or right click and select copy). Hit the back button again and hit the New Post or Add Reply button again. Paste the text of your post.

Note that for IE users, hitting the back button may result in a blank box turning up. Then it's just no fun at all unless you remembered to take a clipboard copy of your post before you hit the submit button.

Funny, that doesn't happen to me, and I still use IE more than Firefox.

i had to have Xalmat send me firefox, IE kept locking upo and fucking my whole system

Doesn't always happen - in fact, I'd say only 1 in 4 or so for me. Usually hits me if I've been browsing in another window while making my post and taken a long time to do it.

Ya ive had posts go blank before, but not just on this board - happens on lots of message boards, php or not, with IE - I figured it had to do with settings that I had no clue how to fix or something.

I haven't had any text windows go blank on me, but the error messages are getting wackier and wackier as time goes on.

Beek, maybe it's just me but I think the boards are running a lot more smoothly lately. The post counts and custom titles still arn't working but it's not blanking out and giving weird errors anymore. Good job and thanks!

I am not seeing the invalid sessions and such during operation.. but I have been seeing refusal of requests or non respsonsive servers occasionally from multiple locations that does not seem to have anything to do with the php side of things but the hosting service.

Not sure if anyone else has seen as well.
