THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!!
i was thinking about ways to help people in india and that part of asia and i think i figured out a way to help but it will need help. i thought of a national raffle for a computer wher 1 ticket for it is one dollar. now how would i get this into a national or state wide thing becuasae if u think about it even if only like 1/1000 people do it in the USA thats about 293,000 dollars for the aid of india and being that its only one dollar im betting mroe than that amount will do it and imma say uc an buy mroe than one ticket. now besides the ability to keep the raffle fair which i will i jsut want to know if something this massive would work??

Raj,

Find a lawyer and stop mistaking this forum for legal advice.

For that amount of money, you'd want to be set up as a charity and have legal permission to run the lottery in all 50 states. You would want a watertight set of terms and conditions and would most likely have to do a hell of a lot of expensive groundwork before even starting.
